Privacy policy
What data AvtoLenta collects, how it is used, where it is stored and how to have it removed.
1. Who is responsible
The avtolenta.uz website, the @avtolentauz Telegram channel, the Telegram bots and the Instagram page are run by the AvtoLenta team. Contact: the /aloqa page or the Telegram bot.
2. Listings aggregated from open sources
We automatically collect car-for-sale posts published publicly in open Telegram channels: text, photos, price, and the seller's phone number and name (when the post contains them).
The source of such a listing (channel name and a link to the original post) is visible to moderators only and never shown publicly. A moderator reviews each listing before it is published.
We never message strangers automatically and never use these numbers for marketing.
3. Seller phone number
The phone number is a core part of a listing and is shown on the site unchanged ("Show number" button). Requests per IP address are rate-limited to protect against scraping bots.
Once a listing is sold or archived, the number is partially masked (e.g. +998 90 123 •• ••).
4. Your account and data you give us
When you sign in with Telegram or Google: name, Telegram ID/username or email, avatar. Your own listings, saved searches, favourites and notification settings.
For complaints and valuation requests the IP address is stored only as a salted hash.
5. Notifications
We may send email or Telegram-bot notifications about saved searches, price changes and the status of your listing — only if you turned them on. Every email has an unsubscribe link; in Telegram you can stop the bot or switch notifications off in your account.
6. Cookies
Strictly necessary cookies only: sign-in session (al_at, al_rt, al_session, al_csrf), theme (light/dark) and language (NEXT_LOCALE). No advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
7. Site speed statistics (RUM)
For a sample of page loads, the browser reports speed metrics (LCP, INP, CLS, TTFB) together with the page type, device class and connection type. This data is anonymous, not linked to cookies or accounts, and kept only as aggregated statistics.
8. Where data is stored
All personal data (phone numbers, names, accounts) and backups are stored on servers located in the Republic of Uzbekistan, in line with the Law on Personal Data No. ZRU-547. Original source photos are deleted after 180 days.
9. Removal and complaints (24 hours)
If your listing was published without your consent, submit its code (AL-…) on the /shikoyat page or message the Telegram bot. Requests are handled within 24 hours: the listing is removed from the site, Telegram and Instagram, and your number is blocked from automatic re-publication.
You can request deletion of your account and its data the same way.
10. Third parties
Telegram and Instagram — to publish listings; Google — only if you sign in with Google; an email delivery service — for notifications. Only the public listing text is sent to an AI service to extract car details. Data is never sold.
11. Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with its date.
